Payment Policy
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa and American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. A list of all available payment options will be visible at the time of check-out and prior to making payments for purchases. Cash on Delivery is not available due to the current Covid’19 situation.
Please note that you will be required to submit your 16-digit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (found at the back of the card) to complete all Visa and MasterCard transactions online. You must have your card enrolled with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code). All American Express transactions will require you to submit your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code. Your transaction will be visible in your bank statement as a payment made to KMR Living.

The payment information that you share with us is encrypted to secure you against unintentional disclosure to any third party. We assure you that our website follows the best security practices where all payments are processed in real-time for your protection and immediate peace of mind.
Pricing Policy
All prices mentioned on our website are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without any advance notice. We will bill the product as per the price in effect. The listed prices are processed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.
What is a CVV/CVC
CVV stands for Credit Verification Value and CVC stands for Credit Validation Code. This is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of internet fraud. The number is only available on the physical card and does not appear on receipts or billing statements. You will be required to fill in the CVV/CVC number during the transaction to make sure that the card is in your possession. The number is a 3 or 4-digit code that is embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your card, in the signature area.
Delivery Policy
We operate between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST from Monday to Friday except for public holidays. Most orders are expected to get delivered within 4-7 business days. Delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to ensure timely deliveries. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your deliveries please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, KMR Living takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. We take no responsibility for damage after delivery. Certain courier service partners may ask for an OTP to complete your delivery. This OTP will be sent to you on the number that you submit at the time of placing the order.
Order Tracking
We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners. Orders that have been processed can be tracked using the tracking number provided by the registered delivery partner. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number and information regarding the courier agency will be emailed to you. Shipping Policy
We ship all our orders through our registered delivery partner within India. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placing the order, applicable from Monday to Friday only. However, due to the current pandemic, slight delays may occur. Orders will be delivered to your shipping address and not the billing address. Shipping and handling cost may differ based on the size of the product, volume of the order or the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address of your order.
Orders will be delivered to your shipping address and not the billing address. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the product three times before they return it to us. Please do make sure that the details you enter are correct including the zip code and mobile number. This will help in ensuring timely delivery.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel you order within 24 hours of placing it by sending us an email at care@elmandoak.in. You can also give us a call on 011-40534149 between Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST within 24 hours of placing the order. If an order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument within 7-10 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do a quality check for all products and ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition. However, we initiate returns on the following items:
•The product has a quality or manufacturing defect.
•The product is received in a damaged condition.
•The product has a missing part or accessory.
Please email us at care@elmandoak.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information to initiate your return:
•Delivery address
•Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please attach images and videos to support the complaint.
Please send us an image of the damaged or incorrect product/item at care@elmandoak.in where the product will be examined to determine its eligibility of return. Once your return request has been accepted, a reverse pick up for the product will be arranged within 2-3 working days. You will then be informed about the new consignment tracking details. No cash refunds are permitted. Our return policy is applicable only within 48 hours from the receipt of the product due to the reasons outlined above. Unfortunately, post 48 hours of the product delivery, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.
